Repair Half Horizontal Bar in Centerline

How to repair from horizontal half line bard code ,it is common problem

once ,I tv opened ,so much dusted in circuit board .I just saw in the board  250v or 400v nf hivoltage capcitor burned.I directly replaced 250v nf capacitor and 561k 2kv pf capacitor,and also powersection 681k 2kv pf disk capacitor opened also replaced.

Now I go to tv power on problem was resolved.
